Gephi is open source visualization and exploration software for graphs and networks. Applications include social network analysis, link analysis, biological network analysis, and more. Though some technical skills are required, Gephi can be taught in a single classroom session with the right preparation.
As a desktop tool, Gephi enables users to keep full control of their data.
