Raspberry pi
Raspberry Pi is a brand of small, single-board computer developed by The Raspberry Pi Foundation as a cheap and accessible entry into computer science. The original Raspberry Pi model includes only the board itself, although in many cases it can be purchased bundled with SD card, official power supply, and/or case. A Raspberry Pi, once purchased, can be used for any type of project, including commercial products. However, much software in the Raspbian distribution is GPL-licenced, and requires access to be provided to the source code on request.
Pros of Raspberry Pi include its low price point ($25-$35) and its community of users online dedicated to documenting their own projects. Cons include the relatively large amount of add-ons needed to supplement the board itself.
